Once received upon arrival, if you're unsatisfied with the order, you have upon 4 days to return the item(s) and exchange it for any other merchandise that is currently available at the shop. We do not OFFER money returns

Do you provide International delivery?
As of this time, we our currently not providing international delivery. On a later date, we will work on providing service to our international customers.
Lost & Stolen package
Giovanni's Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has been received, we will send a confirmation either by text or email of your choice. Attached to the message we will also send a tracking number to update the location of your package.

What are your delivery options?
We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is $100 or more. Items ship out 24-48 hours after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Los Angeles residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided.
